The machine of Pita Bread Production is a fully automatic production line of Pita Bread and Pizza Base. It includes a stove which consists of conveyors and an Oven with upper and lower gas burners (natural or LPG). The ignition is electric. It consists also of Cooling Belts where the product is cooled. The machine is equipped with full electronic panel. The operation of the machine is handled by one touch screen and all the programs are stored separately for each product.

MACHINE OF TORTILLA PRODUCTION

The machine of Tortilla Production is a fully automatic production line of Tortilla-Lavas. It includes an Oven with upper and lower gas burners (natural or LPG) and a Drying System which operates with drying fans which cool the product.The machine is equipped with full electronic panel. The operation of the machine is handled by one touch screen and all the programs are stored separately for each product.

MACHINE FOR KADAYIF PRODUCTION

Automatic Kadayif Line. The drying is made by gas burners (natural or LPG). It consists of a mixer with two tubs of capacity 100 kg flour each and an automatic feeding pump.

MIXER HEAVY TYPE

Mixer Heavy Type is suitable for all types of dough. The tub is double walled – Hydro-cooled tub. Τhe tub is hydraulic overturn for the dough coming out automatically.
